🥣 Vegan Pumpkin Spice Sauce

I wanted to make a vegan and sugar free sauce for pumpkin spice lattes and ended up with this. If you don't want to use the monk fruit sweetener, you could sub in any sweetener you like, even regular sugar. The recipe I based it on used 1/2 cup sugar, but I don't like things super sweet so I lowered it. It's sweet enough for me and I find it really good in my coffee.

  1. Whisk ingredients in saucepan until smooth
  2. Simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Store in fridge for up to 1 week
